How do I send email when I'm connected through DSL or cable instead of dial-up? I'm getting an error message when I try to send mail.
Answer: When you are connected to the Internet through a DSL or cable line instead of dial-up, you will need to change your SMTP (outgoing mail) settings in your email software from smtp.myior.com to myior.com. By changing this setting you are telling your email software to send mail through our ISP server instead of our dial-up server.
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): myior.com Incoming Mail (POP3): myior.com Username or Account Name: your full MyIOR.com email address
