  1. Log in to your Start Page as the Master account holder.
  2. After logging in, select "Account Management" under the Main Menu on the left side of the page. This will bring up your Profile page and will scroll you to the bottom of the page where the Account Management options are located. You can also get to the Account Management section by clicking on Profile at the top, right side of the page and then scroll down this page until you see the Account Management section.

Please note: If you don't see the Account Management section at the bottom of your Profile page, it's possible that you are not logged in as the Master account holder. Please contact us if you need help.

  3. Select "View Accounts" next to Manage Sub-Accounts. On the page that follows, you will see the total number of sub-accounts available to you, the number used, and the number remaining.
  4. To create another email address, select "Add a Sub-Account". Follow the on-screen prompts to create the new account. The email address will be created from the name that you put in the Username field. The Username is the name that will appear to the left of the @ sign in the email address.
  5. Click "Register" at the bottom of the page to save the new address. This email address will be available for use after five minutes, however, the Start Page for this new account will be available immediately.

You can add this account to the email software program of your choice (e.g. Outlook Express, Pegasus Mail, Eudora, Netscape Mail, etc.) so that you can download mail to a local computer. You may also use webmail to access email for this new account.
